Bank of Luxemburg is a growing community bank seeking a Vice President of Commercial Lending to join our team and to contribute to our mission to “Have a Positive Impact on People’s Lives”. This person will develop and maintain business relationships with new and existing commercial borrowers and deposit customers, and service a wide variety of businesses and individual’s loans, both secured and unsecured. This is an in-person position that may work between our Luxemburg and Green Bay branches.

Principal Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide and Service Commercial Customers Loan Needs
• Promote Business Development
• Maintain Collections and Charge Off Accounts
• Coaching and Development of Staff (as applicable)

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Bachelor’s degree and 8-9 years lending experience required or equivalent experience
• Advanced training, knowledge and experience in commercial lending
• Strong time management, sales, business development, computer and analyzing financial statements skills
• Must be self-motivated, sales oriented and possess excellent communication skills
