Brandon Kraemer Promoted to Assistant Vice President – Deposit Operations at Bank First

Bank First is pleased to announce that Brandon Kraemer has been promoted to Assistant Vice President – Deposit Operations. Since joining Bank First in 2011 through the Manitowoc Lincoln Youth Apprenticeship program as a Teller, Brandon has proven to be a key member of the team, serving various roles in Deposit Operations and Retail Loan Servicing.
He was promoted to Retail Loan Servicing Supervisor in 2022 and most recently served as Retail Loan Operations Supervisor. In his new role, Brandon will provide a high level of support and service to the Bank’s Research and Adjustments, Account Review, and HSA / IRA teams. Brandon’s promotion reflects the Bank First’s commitment to cultivating talent from within, recognizing individuals who exemplify excellence and work hard every day to deliver an exceptional customer experience whether in a visible role or a supporting function of the Bank.
Brandon holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in finance from UW – Green Bay. He volunteers as coach for the Miracle League of the Lakeshore and Special Olympics Manitowoc County Miracles. Brandon resides in Manitowoc with his family and enjoys spending time with family and friends as well as watching football and basketball.
