Brendan Marston Joins Bank First as Chief Operations Officer

Bank First (NASDAQ: BFC) is pleased to announce Brendan Marston has joined the Bank as Chief Operations Officer. “We are thrilled to welcome Brendan to our leadership team,” said Tim McFarlane, President at Bank First. “Brendan’s proven leadership and deep expertise in banking operations will be instrumental as we advance strategic initiatives aimed at delivering a remarkable experience for our customers. Brendan brings over 20 years of operational leadership experience to Bank First. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President and Director of Bank Operations at Associated Bank, where he led key functions including Treasury Management, Payments, Deposit Operations, and Commercial Loan Operations. In that role, he was responsible for strategic planning, budget oversight, daily operations, regulatory compliance, and employee development.

In his new role at Bank First, Brendan will oversee Deposit Operations, Retail and Commercial Loan Operations, Treasury Management, and Branch Operations. His extensive background in operational leadership will strengthen internal processes and support the Bank’s continued growth while enhancing the overall customer experience.

Brendan holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership and is a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner, equipping him to lead strategic transformation and drive innovation across the organization.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Brendan serves as an Executive Board Member of the Bay-Lakes Council, Scouting America, where he actively contributes to youth development and leadership programs.
