Capitol Bank Welcomes Branch Manager, Advisory Board Member

Amanda Noles

Ken Thompson, president and CEO of Capitol Bank, is pleased to announce that Amanda Noles has joined the Capitol Bank team as bank manager – Verona.

Noles comes to Capitol Bank with 9 years of extensive banking experience. In addition, Noles has 10 years of experience as a small business owner and has completed business management courses through Madison College.

“Amanda’s experience in banking and as a small business owner will be invaluable when serving the banking needs of local Verona businesses,” said Gary Kuter, senior VP of retail banking and chief compliance officer.

Noles’s community involvement includes volunteering for the River Food Pantry and Junior Achievement. She has also partnered with the Department of Corrections and Wisconsin Youth Company to develop and teach financial education programs.

Noles lives on the West side of Madison with her husband, Ethan, and three children. Her hobbies include kickboxing, reading, and singing classical music.

Dave Glusick

Additionally, Thompson is pleased to welcome Dave Glusick, PE to Capitol Bank’s East Advisory Board.

Glusick is a principal and chairman of the Board at Vierbicher Associates, Inc., overseeing the firm’s Madison and Milwaukee offices. He has a civil engineering degree and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.

As for community involvement, Glusick is president of Smart Growth Greater Madison and serves on their Board of Directors and Executive Committee. He is also active in NAIOP, Downtown Madison, Inc., and Metropolitan Builders Association. Glusick is a strong supporter of several charities in and around the Madison area.

“We’re excited to have Dave join our East Advisory board, both for his experience and the deep connections he has forged with local professionals over his 25 year career,” said Thompson.

Capitol Bank’s East Advisory Board, which focuses on the East Madison location, also includes Jeannie Cullen Schultz, co-president of JP Cullen; Jim Rose, CPA; and Chris Zak, VP of sales at First American Title.
