Caryn Langolf Promoted to Senior Vice President – BSA/ Compliance at Bank First

Bank First is pleased to announce the promotion of Caryn Langolf to senior vice president – BSA/compliance. She will also join the Bank’s Senior Management Team. “Since joining Bank First, Caryn has established herself as a trusted and respected leader within our organization,” said Mike Molepske, chief executive officer at Bank First. “She brings a practical approach to problem solving, embraces new ideas, and is always looking for ways to improve how we operate. She has earned the respect of our Board of Directors, our regulators, and her teammates through her thoughtful leadership and willingness to ask questions, challenge assumptions, and find the right solutions. We’re excited to welcome Caryn to our Senior Management Team.”
Since joining Bank First in 2023 as vice president – compliance/BSA Officer, Langolf has played a key role in strengthening the Bank’s compliance and BSA programs while fostering collaboration across the organization and driving continuous improvement. In her role, she oversees the Bank’s BSA and regulatory compliance programs, helping ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations while supporting the Bank’s risk management efforts. Langolf holds a Master of Education in Teaching from the University of Arizona and a Bachelor of Science in finance from Elmhurst University, along with Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) and Certified Regulatory Manager (CRCM) certifications. She is a member of the Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists (ACAMS) Global and Chicago Chapters. She is active in the community and is a member of the Fond du Lac Running Club.
