Celebrating Banker’s Retirement after 41 Years of Dedication
Unity Bank, a local community bank with 16 locations across Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Montana is proud to celebrate Patti Kutchera and her retirement after 41 years with Unity Bank. Patti exemplifies what community banking means in everything she does and has been instrumental in shaping the bank’s success.
Patti began her career with Unity Bank in 1983 at their Augusta, WI office. Through her career she has held various positions and now specializes in helping their customers with home financing needs as a VP Consumer Relationship Manager.
Over the years, Patti has created many meaningful relationships with customers, bankers, and communities. Throughout her time with Unity Bank, Patti has been known for her unwavering dedication, exceptional customer service, and her bright positive attitude.
When reflecting on her time at Unity Bank Patti stated, “I have really enjoyed working in the community and building lifelong relationships with our customers. I have had the opportunity to help my customers through different phases of their lives. It has truly been a rewarding experience and a great career!”
During the week of August 26th, Patti would like to extend an invite to customers and community members to stop by the Augusta branch to connect and say goodbye in person.
