Citizens State Bank Announces Temporary Closure of Drive-Up Facility for Renovation
As announced in April, Citizens State Bank is committed to providing an exceptional banking experience and modernizing its facilities to better serve the community. To achieve this goal, the bank will be temporarily closing its drive-up facility from July 8, 2025 through late November 2025 for a complete remodel. This remodel will make the current Drive-Up location a one-stop destination for all walk-in and drive-up banking needs, ensuring customers receive unparalleled service and convenience. All Lending and Retail staff will be located at this location to meet any customer need.
During this renovation period, customers will still have full access to the downtown branch in Cadott (located at 304 N Main Street) and all other branch locations. The 304 N Main Street location will have service Monday through Thursday 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Friday 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The lobby will be open from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday -Friday with the walk-up window being available all other times. The Stanley, Cornell, and Chippewa Falls branches remain full service with drive-up service available in the temporary closure of Cadott’s drive-up location. ATMs at the Cornell and Lake Wissota branches and online and mobile banking remain functional during this remodel.
