Community Bank of Portage, a branch of Bank of Wisconsin Dells, is pleased to award the recipients of the 2025 Outstanding Citizen Scholarship: Maxwell Johnson and Meredith Shanks, both seniors at Portage High School.
This annual scholarship honors two graduating students who demonstrate a strong commitment to improving the quality of life for people in their school and community.
