Community State Bank: 100 Women Who Care – Western Racine County Preparing for ‘Incredible Night’
Annual event has raised nearly $22,000
One can only imagine what happens when 100 women fueled on empowerment, kindness and cocktails gather in a single room.
“An incredible night,” Community State Bank’s Molly Krause said. “It might get a little loud. It might even get a little emotional. But in the end, it’s always a night to remember.”
The fourth annual 100 Women Who Care – Western Racine County is set for 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 26 at Community State Bank in Waterford, located at 500 E. Main Street, Suite No. 100.
Online registration is available at https://communitystatebank-5261769.hs-sites.com/100womenfeb2025.
100 Women Who Care – Western Racine County supports nonprofits serving Western Racine County. Each attendee brings $100 ($50 for women under 30). The total funds are distributed to one charitable cause that evening.
In four years, the event has raised nearly $22,000. Past recipients include Health Care Network (2022), Transitional Living Center (2023), Matthias Academy (2023) and Shepherds College (2024).
Once nominees are narrowed to three, a representative from each of the finalists gets the opportunity to briefly share more about the organization.
A final vote determines the 2025 recipient.
“It’s always exciting to see who wins,” Krause said. “This isn’t an event where you’re sitting down for a long dinner with long speeches. We keep it uplifting. It’s a short, impactful event. We raised over $7,000 in two hours last year.”
Here is a closer look at how the event works:
Step 1: Please register for the event using the link above.
Step 2: Bring a blank check or cash in the amount of $100 ($50 if you are under 30) to enter the event.

Step 4: At the event, we’ll choose three non-profit organizations at random. Those three nominators (or someone on their behalf) will be asked to share why they chose the non-profit organization in 3-5 minutes.
