Employee Resource Group
Please fill out the form below to sign up for the Wisconsin Bankers Association’s Employee Resource Group (ERG). The WBA ERG is a monthly open forum meeting held on a virtual platform. The group is open to all employees of WBA-member banks with the intention of supporting bankers who are members of Historically Underrepresented Groups with a safe and open space to converse, share experiences, ask questions and learn from each other. In 2024, the group will be moderated by Beth Ridley, CEO and founder of Ridley Consulting Group, and will explore a nine-part discussion series.
