Conservation First Bank Opens Loan Production Office in Denver, Colorado
Conservation First Bank has announced the opening of a new Loan Production Office (LPO) in Denver, Colorado, under the name Conservation Bank, marking a significant step in the bank’s continued growth and expansion beyond its core Wisconsin footprint.
The new office will focus on commercial lending and relationship-driven banking, allowing Conservation First Bank to serve customers in the Colorado market while maintaining its commitment to a straightforward, customer-focused approach.
“We’re excited to open in Denver and continue building a different banking experience for our customers,” said Scott Freiburger, president and CEO of Conservation First Bank. “There’s a strong opportunity in this market, and just as important, we have the right person leading it. Sean Sjodin brings a great combination of experience, relationships, and a mindset that fits exactly with how we want to grow. He has extensive experience in both banking and real estate and is focused on the customer and doing things the right way.”
Sjodin will lead the Denver LPO and play a key role in building out the bank’s presence in the region.
“Sean has already shown how he approaches the business, by sharing his expertise while keeping things straightforward and relationship-driven,” Freiburger added. “That’s exactly how we want to grow this.”
The Denver LPO will extend the bank’s commercial lending capabilities and support its strategy of disciplined, relationship-based growth. While expanding geographically, the bank remains focused on its mission of supporting customers, communities, and conservation efforts.
“This is another step forward for us,” Freiburger added. “We’re proud to expand our reach while staying true to who we are and what we stand for.”
