Impact Seven, Inc.
Impact Seven (I-7) is a Community Development Corporation founded in 1970 and a Certified Development Financial Institution (CDFI). I-7 has numerous financial products-loan pools, equity and resources to assist communities, businesses and financial institutions to positively impact the financial well being of their residents and businesses. I-7 was the only Wisconsin allocatee in the first round of New Market Tax Credits (NMTC) and active in NMTCs ever since. I-7 is also the managing agent of Greater Wisconsin Development Corporation – an SBA 504 lender doing business throughout the state of Wisconsin. I-7 offers equity loans and participations ranging from microloans to large investments.
