KeyState Companies
The KeyState Companies provides community and regional banks with innovative services in the areas of risk management, institutional investment management, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance. KeyState has worked with Wisconsin banks since it was founded in 1991, managing bank investment subsidiaries and captive insurance companies, providing fixed income portfolio management services, and managing solar tax credit investments through its SOLCAP fund platform. KeyState’s Bank Captive Program is the only captive insurance program in the country designed exclusively for community banks. Over 100 banks have joined the Bank Captive Program which is endorsed by the Wisconsin Bankers Association’s EBC and 25 other state banking associations.
