We manage the retirement assets of the WRS participants. The two portfolios I manage invest in a wide variety of business (debt and venture capital). In many instances, we work with the Wisconsin Banks (regional and community banks) to provide financing for their customers that they may not find locally. We have been good partners working with our bank relationships. In addition, we have invested in banks providing tier 2 capital and/or surplus notes. Again, we are a good resource for the local banking community.
