Business Banking Boot Camp - Madison

NEW WBA Education Offering! The Business Banking Boot Camp will be offered April 30 - May 1 in De Pere and May 2-3 in Madison. Each location's day one schedule will start at 8:30 a.m. and adjourn at 3:00 p.m. on day two. Registration for the program includes the in-person 2-day boot camp as well as various follow up learning videos and coaching calls with the instruction. The objective of this two-day program is to help grow business by providing the Business Bankers with effective sales skills to help them become more productive for their banks. This program will model a step-by-step approach from initiation to execution of the business process and provide a structured sales environment. The program will:

  • Help develop and enhance overall sales.
  • Introduce the concepts of Opportunity Management.
  • Introduce a sales process along with a calling process for inbound and outbound calls.
  • Introduce how to stay in control of the sale without being pushy.
  • Introduce the importance of follow through to increase conversion rates.
  • Help with sales strategy development to bring in more business in less time.

Stacia Skinner, Founder and President, Creative Training Solutions, Ltd. 

The registration fee includes several components, including:

  • 2-day in-person program, including instruction and materials, refreshment breaks and daily lunch buffets.
  • 8 Follow Up Reinforcement Videos (5-7 minutes in length, sent weekly following the in-person program). Creative Training Solutions, Ltd. accomplishes the goal of creating measurable improvement of skills and productivity by reinforcing live training through a multi-media training process where learning continues out of the classroom and “just in time” on the job. Training becomes part of the culture, learning is ongoing, and retention of the new habits drastically improves.
  • 2 Individual Follow Through Coaching Calls. These calls are designed to gain accountability to help make sure the habits participants will be asked to change in the session are starting to be implemented. The calls will be conducted four and eight weeks after the initial program by the trainer. Additional tips and strategies will be discussed during the call.

The registration fee, including the in-person training, video training sessions, and personal coaching calls, is $695 per attendee. Due to the interactive nature of the course, each location is limited to 25 registrants – early registration is recommended.
