LEAD360 is WBA’s multi-track conference for bankers in the areas of marketing, sales/customer service, retail management and financial literacy.
The 2018 WBA LEAD360 Conference will be held on November 13-14 at the Holiday Inn & Convention Center in Stevens Point. The conference will kick off at 9:30 a.m. on November 13 and adjourn at noon on November 14.
This conference offers keynote sessions that will address topics and issues of interest to all attendees. There will also be several breakout sessions in each track; so that attendees can pick and choose what sessions best fit their needs and interests. Attendees will have access to all conference materials, including the breakout sessions they do not attend.

Back by popular demand, CEO and Founder of Market Insights Joe Sullivan will kick off the conference with his presentation on deepening human connections in an increasingly digital world. Chad Kopitzke, NextGen Advantage, will explain how great culture is crucial to your success and how to avoid promising candidates one thing but delivering another. Finally, social media expert Spencer X Smith will walk attendees through strategies for social media advertising on a community bank budget.

Team pricing is available for your bank's marketing and sales team! The registration fee for your first bank attendee is $350 and includes all meals and conference sessions. Additional employees from your bank can register for $300/additional attendee. Bankers from the same organization must register at the same time to receive team pricing.
The registration fee includes all conference materials, lunch and reception on Tuesday, and all refreshment breaks. All conference attendees are invited to the Wisconsin Bankers Foundation Breakfast on Wednesday.
First attendee: $350
Each Additional Attendee from Your Bank: $300
Wednesday Only Registration: $100
A refund, less a $25 administrative fee, is provided for cancellations requested on or before November 8th.
