WBA's new Diversity in Banking Conference is an event designed to provide Wisconsin bankers with diverse backgrounds and roles at all levels with industry, leadership and professional development knowledge that will enhance their careers and networks. Diversity can be along the dimensions of race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, socio-economic status, age, physical abilities, religious beliefs or other ideologies.
You will participate in sessions focused on developing your skills, including:

- Future trends in banking
- Diversity and inclusion strategies
- Knowing and maximizing your value
- Panel discussion with top leaders in Wisconsin banks
- Interactive workshop focused on owning and managing your career
- Opportunities to network with fellow bankers from across the state
The conference will be offered Thursday, Oct. 10 at the Crowne Plaza in Madison from 9 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. Registration begins at 8:30 a.m. Appropriate attire is business casual.
The $100/attendee registration fee includes all conference materials, lunch, and refreshment breaks.
A refund, less a $25 administrative fee, is provided for cancellations requested on or before Friday, Oct. 4, 2019.
