Nick Elledge
Co-Founder & COO, Stablecore
Nick Elledge is the co-founder and COO of Stablecore, the leading enterprise software platform providing banking-core infrastructure for stablecoins and digital assets. Since the landmark GENIUS Act was signed into law on July 18, 2025, establishing the first federal regulatory framework for stablecoins, Nick has been at the forefront of helping financial institutions navigate this new legal landscape. Stablecore enables banks to integrate digital asset products, such as payment stablecoins and tokenized deposits, directly into their existing technology stacks with a focus on institutional-grade compliance and security.
Professional Background
Prior to Stablecore, Nick was the Co-Founder and COO of DataFleets, a privacy-preserving data engine born at Stanford University. DataFleets modernized how enterprises handle encrypted data for AI and SQL analytics, specifically for highly regulated industries. The company was acquired by LiveRamp in 2021.
Nick’s career spans the intersection of traditional finance and emerging fintech:
- Venture Capital: Served on the fintech deal team at Andreessen Horowitz (a16z).
- Asset Management: Served as Chief Investment Officer for a global private investment office focused on financial services.
- Consulting: Began his career at McKinsey & Company.
- Governance: Has served on the Board of Directors for six companies across the technology and finance sectors.
Education
Nick holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, an MPA from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, and dual degrees from Southern Methodist University.
