The WBA Train the Trainer Boot Camp will start at 9 am on Wednesday, May 6 and conclude at 4:00 pm on Thursday, May 7, 2026.

Program Description

This hands-on train-the-trainer boot camp is specifically designed to provide you and your training team with the foundational knowledge and practical skills needed to enhance your bank employees’ learning experiences. Through active participation, you will gain the tools necessary to create meaningful and impactful training programs that foster growth and engagement across your organization.

Bring a laptop, as you’ll be creating modules, evaluations, and other materials during the boot camp.
As part of our efforts to go green, materials will be provided electronically. Materials will be emailed to all registered attendees three business days prior to the workshop.
