FIPCO is pleased to announce the hire of Haylee Herget as business development representative and Kris Mertins as BSA and risk advisor on the ShareFI team.
Haylee has an extensive background in the banking industry, where she worked for seven years while earning a B.A. in Interpersonal/Organizational Communications from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point. Most recently, she worked in lending, managing pipelines and processing construction and mortgage loans. She is excited to join FIPCO to help financial institutions provide their services in a compliant and efficient manner.
Kris is an ICBA Certified Community Banking Risk Specialist (CCBRS). She brings 35 years of banking experience, with 25 years in community banking in retail and deposit operations, compliance, BSA, enterprise risk management, and staff training. Kris will be working remotely from her home office in Mount Pleasant, Wis. Kris will be attending WBA’s Compliance Forum on February 23 in Madison and looks forward to working with the WBA membership.
