First Business Bank is pleased to announce Jim Myers’ promotion to an expanded role as vice president – company retirement plans.

With over two decades of expertise as a company retirement plans advisor and financial advisor, Myers’ promotion reflects an ongoing commitment to prioritize client success and financial education.

With a focus on helping companies obtain and implement successful Employee Benefit Plans, Myers emphasizes education and financial wellness for their employees. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, holding a Bachelor of Science degree in personal finance. An advocate of community engagement, Myers, alongside his wife and three children, actively participates in the Mount Horeb community. He serves as a Board Member of the Mount Horeb Area School District, playing an instrumental role as its treasurer.
