First Business Bank Welcomes Two to the Private Wealth Group

Kevin McCloud

First Business Bank is pleased to welcome Kevin McCloud, CFP, ChFC, as vice president – wealth advisor and Eric Flores, CPA, as vice president – portfolio manager to our private wealth group.

McCloud has more than 10 years of experience assisting high net worth clients with complicated lending, retirement planning, and multigeneration legacy planning. He earned a Certified Financial Planning designation and is a credentialed Chartered Financial Consultant. McCloud also holds FINRA Series 6, 7, 63, and 66 licenses and Wisconsin Health and Life Insurance licenses.

Originally from Harvard, IL, McCloud earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Trinity Christian College and a master’s degree from Northwestern University in 2013. He’s active in several organizations, volunteering as committee member of MSC Alumni Association at Northwestern University, committee member for Cub Scout Pack 294, and committee member for Boy Scout Troop 24.

Eric Flores

Flores brings significant experience as a portfolio manager and investment advisor with areas of expertise in investment research, portfolio optimization, and fundamental and technical investment analysis. Flores also enjoys working directly with clients on financial planning, retirement planning, tax planning, and more. He is joining our private wealth team’s investment committee.

Flores’s previous experience includes working at an Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) firm helping to oversee research, trading, portfolio management, and wealth planning. He also worked for a regional CPA firm primarily in audit while gaining knowledge in analyzing financial statements, consulting, and taxes, and worked for a publicly traded bank underwriting commercial credits.

Flores is a licensed CPA and recently sat for the level II of the Chartered Financial Analyst exam. He earned a bachelor’s degree of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Dubuque.
