First National Bank and Trust Company Names New Vice President of Community Banking

Josh Grzadzielewski

First National Bank and Trust Company is pleased to announce Josh Grzadzielewski as the new vice president of community banking. In this role, he will lead various strategic efforts within lending, operations and community banking.

Grzadzielewski has nearly 19 years of banking and finance industry experience including credit analysis, relationship management, operations as well as client service. Joining First National Bank and Trust Company (formerly State Bank of Arcadia) in 2007, his various roles have included loan officer, bank security officer, branch manager, and vice president.

An Arcadia native, Grzadzielewski graduated from Arcadia High School and started his banking career working for First National Bank and Trust Company (formerly State Bank of Arcadia) through a finance and banking internship with the high school. This first sparked his interest in the finance industry.

He earned his bachelor of science degree in business administration from Winona State University. During this time, Grzadzielewski also worked as a client service representative with Wells Fargo. After college, he returned to the First National Bank and Trust Company as a loan officer. Additionally, he graduated from two programs, including the Wisconsin Bankers Association Consumer Credit School and Wisconsin Bankers Association Residential Mortgage Lending School.

“We are excited that the leadership within the Arcadia, Independence, and Whitehall markets is coming in the form of a promotion within the current team. Josh is not only a leader within the bank, but is actively engaged in activities throughout the community,” said First National Bank and Trust Company President Josh Shofner.

“Local leadership is important to First National Bank and Trust Company, and I am positive that Josh is the right person for that task. I am excited for him and his team to continue the high level of service clients have come to know over the years, while integrating new products and technology for clients,” continued Shofner.

In his community, Grzadzielewski has served as secretary for the Arcadia Country Club and currently resides on the Holy Family Catholic School Finance committee and serves as treasurer for the Arcadia Youth Association. He is also an active youth sports coach for baseball, football, and basketball.

Josh and his wife, Kaycee, reside in Arcadia with their three boys, Deklyn, Landon, and Benson. In his free time, he enjoys time outdoors and spending time with family and friends.

“I was given the opportunity to “come home” after I had graduated from Winona State University and engage in my community through community banking. The relationships with clients, fellow employees, and the family atmosphere is something I have come to appreciate. I look forward to continuing to serve our community alongside a great team,” said Grzadzielewski.
