First State Bank Announces Executive Promotions

First State Bank President and CEO Matthew Lemke recently announced the promotion of two executives.

Chief Credit Officer Lynn Olson has been promoted to executive vice president. Olson joined First State Bank’s management team in 2015 as vice president and chief credit officer and was promoted to senior vice president in 2017. She is responsible for the bank’s lending policies, credit quality, and risk management.

Chief Financial Officer Randy Zietlow has been promoted to executive vice president. Zietlow joined the bank as a senior vice president in 2019. In addition to overseeing the bank’s accounting, audit, treasury, and financial management, he has led projects related to the bank’s facilities including the current construction of the bank’s new corporate headquarters in New London.

Lemke, Olson, and Zietlow, along with Jeff Whitrock, executive vice president – chief market development & sales, and Jennifer Foote, executive vice president – chief operations officer, comprise First State Bank’s executive team.
