F&M State Bank Announces Retirement of Senior Vice President David Stronach

F&M State Bank (F&M) announces the upcoming retirement of longtime Senior Vice President of Commercial Lending, David “Dave” Stronach, who will retire at the end of August after more than 24 years of dedicated service to the bank, its customers and the communities it serves.
Dave joined F&M State Bank in 2002 and has been an important part of the bank’s leadership and lending team ever since. Throughout his career, he has worked closely with local businesses, farmers and entrepreneurs, helping provide financing solutions while building relationships that often extended well beyond the walls of the bank.
As Senior Vice President of Commercial Lending, Dave has helped lead F&M’s lending efforts while serving as a trusted resource and mentor to fellow employees. His commitment to relationship banking and the communities F&M serves has embodied the bank’s promise to be Your Partner for Life.
Earlier this year, Dave was also recognized by WBA with a Lifetime Service Award, honoring his longtime career and contributions to Wisconsin banking.
While his knowledge and experience will certainly be missed, so will the personality Dave brought to F&M every day. An avid Wisconsin sports fan, Dave can often be found proudly sporting gear from the Green Bay Packers, Milwaukee Brewers or Wisconsin Badgers — and is always ready to talk about the latest game.
In retirement, Dave is looking forward to trading some time at the bank for more time on the golf course, relaxing by the pool and, most importantly, spending time with family.
F&M State Bank thanks Dave for more than two decades of leadership, friendship and service and wishes him nothing but the best as he begins this well-earned next chapter.
