F&M State Bank Welcomes Chris Stanley as Mortgage Loan Originator

F&M State Bank (F&M) is pleased to announce the addition of Chris Stanley as its newest Mortgage Loan Originator NMLS ID# 1735107.
Stanley brings more than 15 years of experience in financial services and relationship management, including nearly eight years dedicated to mortgage lending. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for providing personalized guidance, strong communication, and a relationship-first approach to helping clients navigate important financial decisions.
Most recently, Stanley served as a Mortgage Loan Advisor with Fairway Home Mortgage, where he managed approximately $8 million in annual mortgage business and guided borrowers through the lending process from initial consultation through closing. His experience includes analyzing credit and financial scenarios, structuring lending solutions, and working closely with borrowers, underwriters, processors, title companies, and real estate professionals to keep transactions moving efficiently.

Stanley is a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator and brings a strong background in client retention, referral-based business, and simplifying complex financial information for customers.
Outside of work, Stanley enjoys cruise vacations and spending time with his wife, son, and their Golden Retriever. An avid Wisconsin sports fan, he can often be found cheering on the Brewers, Packers, Bucks, and Badgers.
