Foote Named Executive Vice President

First State Bank President and CEO Matthew Lemke recently announced the addition of Jennifer Foote to the bank’s executive team. As executive vice president – chief operating officer, Foote leads deposit, loan, and compliance operations and will be a driver in executing the bank’s long-term goals.

During her more than 25 years in banking, Foote developed significant operations knowledge and experience working at Bank First National, Investors Community Bank, Nicolet National Bank, and most recently, Kohler Credit Union. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance from University of Wisconsin Green Bay and earned her Certified Enterprise Risk Professional (CERP) credentials with the American Bankers Association in 2021.

Foote currently serves as the vice chair for the Girl Scouts of Manitou Council. She and her husband have three children and reside in the Manitowoc area.
