Forte Bank: Forte Bank Announces Promotion of Doug Persich to Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer

Forte Bank is pleased to announce Doug Persich’s promotion to Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In his new role, Persich will continue to lead the bank’s financial operations while taking on additional responsibilities, including oversight of the bank’s technology strategy and enterprise risk management.
Persich has been with Forte Bank for over two years and has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership, efficiency, and vision. As CFO, he has overseen the bank’s financialvplanning, budgeting, investment portfolio, and regulatory reporting. In addition, he has managed
the Accounting Department and Facilities Maintenance Staff, driving operational efficiency and financial stability across the organization.
Doug Persich holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in accounting from the University of Wisconsin and is a Certified Public Accountant. He is also a University of Wisconsin-Madison’s Graduate School of Banking graduate.
