Forward Bank Promotes Breann Eitrem to Regional Retail Manager

Forward Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Breann Eitrem to regional retail manager. In her new role, Eitrem will support retail banking teams in Dorchester, Medford, Rib Lake, Phillips, Park Falls, St. Germain, and Three Lakes, helping strengthen customer service, team development, and community engagement across the region.
Eitrem joined Forward Bank in 2019 and most recently served as office manager in Park Falls. During her time with the bank, she has built strong relationships with customers, coworkers, and community organizations while demonstrating a commitment to helping others succeed. Michelle Scharp will be joining the Forward team in Park Falls as office manager.
“Breann has been a tremendous leader for our Park Falls team and a positive influence throughout the communities we serve,” said Brent Arndt, VP/retail director. “Her passion for people, dedication to customer service, and commitment to community involvement make her a natural fit for this expanded leadership role.”
Known for her active involvement in local organizations and events, Eitrem is excited to bring her experience and knowledge to additional Forward Bank offices.
