Brian Fritz has recently joined Forward Bank as a assistant vice president – commercial loan officer, and his primary focus will be on expanding the bank’s presence in the Northwoods market. Specifically, he will work on building relationships with businesses and community members in the Three Lakes and the surrounding Northwoods communities. Fritz will collaborate closely with Jake Weinand and Larry Snedden to both grow existing connections and identify new opportunities in the region.
Fritz brings significant experience to his role, having spent over 18 years in the financial services industry, with a special focus on the Northwoods region for the past 16 years. He is a Three Lakes High School graduate and is deeply committed to the community. He has served as the former president of the Northwoods United Way and is involved in middle school football coaching, as well as supporting various initiatives in Three Lakes.
Apart from his professional pursuits, Fritz is an outdoor enthusiast, engaging in activities such as boating, water skiing, fishing, and golf in the summer. In the winter, he enjoys snowmobiling, downhill and cross-country skiing, as well as ice fishing.
“Brian brings a diverse skill set to the Forward team serving the Northwoods and will work with the larger team on developing enhanced services for our customers,” said Weinand, Northwoods market president of Forward Bank. “I’m excited to see this great group develop and get out into the communities that we love and call home.”
Ramzey Britt has joined Forward Bank as a relationship banker and will help Weinand, Snedden, andFritz build Forward’s presence in the Northwoods market.
In joining the team, Britt will focus on building relationships with area businesses and community members in the Three Lakes and surrounding Northwoods communities.
“I’ve been dedicated to helping our beautiful Northwoods communities have access to the best in financial services for years,” commented Britt. “When Forward presented this opportunity to bring this service culture to Three Lakes and St. Germain, I had to join the team.”
Britt holds a degree in business management and has worked her way through the personal and business lines during her four-year career in financial services. She has a history of helping the community by volunteering wherever needed and is looking forward to getting involved again.
Outside of work, she gains the most energy by enjoying time with her young family, cooking, traveling, spending time on the lake, and snowmobiling.
“Ramzey’s style of caring for her customers and communities fits perfectly with our approach at Forward,” said Weinand. “She will be a key driver and supporter of the growth efforts that have already started with Snedden and myself.”
