Four Officers Promoted at Forward

Forward Bank, headquartered in Marshfield, is excited to announce the promotions of Nathan Bilodeau, Chris Damerell, Allie Plessner, and Gwen Schnitzler.

Nathan Bilodeau has been promoted to assistant vice president – financial advisor at Forward. This is in recognition of mission driven approach and the increasing leadership role he has taken in the organization. Bilodeau will continue to provide exceptional service to Forward Investment Services clients in the Medford area.

Chris Damerell has been promoted to assistant vice president – private banker at Forward Bank. In this role, he will continue to provide exceptional service to businesses and individuals in the Marshfield area with the goal of matching deposit solutions to their unique needs.

Allie Plessner has been promoted to assistant vice president – insurance agent at Forward. This is in recognition of the way she lives the mission within her community and the leadership she provides for others in the organization. Plessner will continue to provide exceptional service to insurance clients in the Park Falls area.

Gwen Schnitzler has been promoted to vice president – human resource director at Forward. This is in recognition of her culture driven approach to engaging and recruiting the best team members to serve our customers and communities. Schnitzler will continue to lead the Human Resources team in setting a positive course for developing talent and attracting new employees that share our values.
