Gutzman Celebrates 25 Years at Unity Bank

Unity Bank is pleased to celebrate Amy Gutzman’s 25th anniversary at Unity Bank.

Unity Bank would like to recognize Gutzman, chief retail banking officer, for her dedication of 25 years with our bank, our customers, and all our communities we serve. Gutzman has committed her years in many roles within the bank, serving in lending, mortgage, operations, human resources, and most recently leading our retail team across our footprint, in Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Montana. Gutzman has been an integral part in our growth over the years and is appreciated for her loyalty, knowledge, and passion for all the people we impact.

Gutzman has spent her life in the Crosby, MN-area with her family and friends. Her journey has brought her down many paths, experiencing many people, and learning so much throughout her years in banking.

She states, “working in so many roles within the bank has given me the opportunity to learn all aspects of banking. My passion is truly helping others. I enjoy working with our customers and helping them get to where they want to be with their financial wellness, helping our bankers discover their meaningful work and movement forward in their careers. This truly drives me every day and I love impacting others. It makes me happy!”
