Headwaters State Bank Names Director Emeritus

The Board of Directors of Headwaters State Bank (HSB) is pleased to announce that Jerry Olk was unanimously elected director emeritus at the July 8, 2022 board meeting in recognition of his 40 plus years as a HSB director and employee (senior vice president, loans).
Sally Folgert, president and CFO of HSB stated “Jerry and his family were instrumental in the establishment of HSB. I have greatly enjoyed working with him — his wisdom and guidance has enabled us to position our 100 year old local community bank to not just survive, but thrive.”
