Heinzen Promoted at Bank First

Bank First is pleased to announce that Crystal Heinzen has been promoted to corporate training and development officer. Heinzen joined the bank in March 2023 with over 25 years of retail management experience. During her short time at Bank First, she has shown exceptional dedication and leadership with a strong commitment to the success of the bank and its employees. In her role, Heinzen will continue to be responsible for the design, implementation, and evaluation of programs that facilitate the onboarding of new team members, professional development, culture, and continuous learning of employees and leaders. She will also continue to lead the evolution of career paths, manage the bank’s training programs, and implement leadership development initiatives.

Heinzen is a member of the Lakeshore Area Human Resources Association (LAHRA) and looks forward to getting more involved in the Manitowoc community. She enjoys live music, hiking, biking, and exploring new places throughout Wisconsin on the weekends. During the summer, Heinzen, her children, and her boyfriend enjoy spending time on the lake or at the beach.
