Horicon Bank Promotes Five Employees
Horicon Bank is pleased to announce the promotions of Terry O’Connor, Brenda Nelson, Cassie Voight, Kailey Bauer, and Timothy Cook within their organization.
Terry O’Connor was promoted to executive vice president. O’Connor began his career at Horicon Bank in September of 1998 as vice president of agricultural/business lender. He is also active in the Beaver Dam community and serves on multiple organizational boards in Dodge County.
Brenda Nelson was promoted to senior vice president. She began her banking career in 1992 and joined Horicon Bank as an assistant credit analyst. In her time at Horicon Bank, Nelson has developed the bank’s credit analyst and commercial processing departments.
Cassie Voight was promoted to vice president. She began her career as a teller at Horicon Bank in 2002. Voight currently leads the bank’s core systems team and plays a critical role in system-related projects across the organization.
Kailey Bauer was promoted to officer. She joined Horicon Bank in 2008 as a student teller and as she continued her education, she took on multiple roles including branch manager, personal banker, and universal banker trainer. This vast experience makes Bauer natural fit for her current role as learning and development facilitator. She is active in community organizations including United Way of Dodge County.
Tim Cook was promoted to officer. Cook joined the Bank in 2021 on the treasury and commercial payments solutions support team and contributes to growing the knowledge and experience base to better serve Horicon Bank’s business customers.
President Fred C. Schwertfeger congratulations O’Connor, Nelson, Voight, Bauer and Cook, on their promotions.
“Terry, Brenda, Cassie, Kailey, and Tim are integral members of our Horicon Bank team,” said Schwertfeger. “From supporting our digital platforms, to supporting the development of employees, they are caring bankers, and we are happy to see them advance in their positions at Horicon Bank.”
