Horicon Bank Promotes Three Employees

Grace Bruins

Horicon Bank is pleased to announce the promotions of Grace Bruins, Stephanie Albers, and Devin Grant within their organization.

Grace Bruins was promoted to assistant vice president. Bruins joined Horicon Bank in September 2010 and was promoted in November 2016 to new media marketing officer. Bruins oversees the marketing department and manages customer communication through a variety of channels including the bank’s “Banking on Business” Podcast. In addition to managing the marketing function, Bruins serves as vice chair of the Wisconsin Bankers Association Marketing Committee, is a board member for REACH Waupun, and serves on the Central Wisconsin Christian School Advancement Committee.

Stephanie Albers

Stephanie Albers was promoted to assistant vice president. After joining the bank in 2018, Albers was soon promoted to premier banking officer. She works closely with the bank’s business banking, treasury management, and retail areas. Albers stays very involved in her community — serving on the Fond du Lac Noon Kiwanis board and as board president for Habitat for Humanity of Fond du Lac County.

Devin Grant

Devin Grant was promoted to treasury management sales officer. He joined Horicon Bank in 2018 as a teller and was later promoted to treasury & commercial payments sales associate. Grant has helped develop and shape the treasury management department since joining the team in 2021. He gives back to his community by volunteering to teach financial literacy program to high school students.

President Fred C. Schwertfeger congratulations Bruins, Albers, and Grant on their promotions. “Grace, Stephanie, and Devin are integral members of our Horicon Bank team,” said Schwertfeger. “From supporting our customers to supporting our communication and platforms, they are caring bankers. I am pleased to honor these talented colleagues and see their continued growth at Horicon Bank.”
