IncredibleBank Promotes Carrie Sukup to Executive Vice President, Chief Accounting and Operations Officer

Carrie Sukup

IncredibleBank is pleased to announce the promotion of Carrie Sukup to executive vice president, chief accounting and operations officer.

Sukup joined IncredibleBank more than six years ago as senior vice president, controller. Before joining the bank, she spent 20 years with Wipfli LLP, specializing in audit and consulting for financial institutions. She began her career at Wipfli as a staff accountant and advanced to senior manager, gaining extensive experience in financial operations, accounting leadership, and organizational improvement.

During her time at IncredibleBank, Sukup has strengthened accounting operations, developed the bank’s current allowance for credit loss (ACL) calculation, and enhanced internal controls. She also improved expense reporting and communication between accounting and other departments, supporting stronger financial management across the organization. Prior to that, she led complex audit and consulting engagements that supported financial institutions’ growth, compliance, and operational efficiency.

“I’ve been fortunate to work with talented teams across the bank, and I’m excited to expand that collaboration in this new role,” said Sukup. “My focus is on strengthening our loan and deposit operations, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring we continue to deliver secure, reliable service for our customers.”

Her leadership and experience have positioned her well for this expanded role.

“Carrie brings deep expertise and a strong operational mindset to our executive team,” said Todd Nagel, president and chief executive officer. “Her leadership has strengthened our accounting foundation, and she will play a key role in driving operational excellence as we continue to grow.”

Outside the bank, Sukup serves as treasurer for the Wausau Conservatory of Music and is actively involved with the Booster Club for the D.C. Everest Cross Country Team. She is passionate about continuous improvement, collaboration, and supporting strong team performance — values that align with IncredibleBank’s mission and culture.
