Independence State Bank Promotes Hayter

It is with great pleasure that Thomas Jensen, president and CEO of Independence State Bank, announces the promotion of Rita K. Hayter. Hayter was unanimously approved for a promotion to executive vice president – organizational development at the September Board Meeting and will join the bank’s executive team.
The Board recognizes Hayter’s incredible contributions to the bank over the years. In fact, Hayter celebrated 36 years at the bank on October 1, 2022.
