Intercity State Bank Teaches Children to Save

Marketing Director Ginny Sauer, Mortgage Loan Officer Ashley Dupuis-Bohman, and Head Teller Necia Colvin-Beausoleil taught second graders at Evergreen Elementary all about saving! The team read “Curious George Saves His Pennies,” then the second graders thought of things they could save for — Lambourginis, Corvettes, college, and Nintendo Switch’s were popular answers! They concluded the lesson by giving the future savers piggy banks of their own — just like Curious George!
