Intercity State Bank to Replace Weston Office With New Building
Intercity State Bank is working with Keller, Inc. to construct a new 7000-square-foot building at its 2900 Schofield Avenue location in Weston.
The new office will be built on the existing Intercity State Bank property in front of the current branch and will be open to the public in early 2024. The new location will have several drive-up lanes as well as an ATM. Inside there will be a full-service teller line, spacious conference rooms, and a welcoming lobby.
“Intercity has experienced significant growth at our Weston office since its establishment in 1990,” Intercity State Bank President & CEO Randy Balk said. “The construction of this beautiful new facility affirms our strong belief in — and commitment to — the future vitality of our community.”
During construction, the current branch will remain open and continue to offer full-service banking. Intercity’s Schofield and Wausau branches will also remain open. When the project is complete, employees will be moving to the new office and the old building will be demolished.
