Isola Promoted to Relationship Banker

Prevail Bank is pleased to announce that Alexis Isola was promoted to relationship banker. Isola joined Prevail Bank (Wausau) as a universal banker in August of 2022. She brought with her then banking, customer service, retail management, and cash management experience. Upon acceptance of the promotion on November 30, she transferred to Prevail Bank’s branch office in Medford.

“Lexi’s customer service skills, combined with her eagerness and aptitude to take on new responsibilities, made her an ideal candidate to promote from within,” said Renée Leinfelder, senior vice president of retail. “She will be an outstanding relationship banker for those who live in Medford and surrounding communities.”

As a relationship banker, Isola can complete the consumer lending process, including credit decisions; open consumer and commercial deposit accounts, including certificates of deposits (CDs) and IRAs; and assist those commercial customers who wish to maximize efficiencies and fraud prevention by establishing them with a premium Business Resource Manager solution.
