Ixonia Bank Announces Recent Promotions

In recognition of outstanding performance, increased responsibilities, and significant contributions to the success of the company, Ixonia Bank is pleased to announce the following employees’ recent promotions.

Patrick Lubar – to First Vice President – Commercial Lending

Patrick joined Ixonia Bank in 2017 as a Credit Analyst. Over the past seven years, Patrick has been an essential part of our Commercial Lending team. He continually cultivates meaningful and trusting relationships with his clients. Patrick’s dedication and strategic approach significantly contributes to expanding and maintaining our clientele in the Milwaukee area. He has played a pivotal role in our continued success and continues to expand in his leadership role within the Bank.

Alex Hinze – to First Vice President-Commercial Lending

Alex has been with Ixonia Bank since 2023 and has over 14 years of experience in banking. Since his arrival, Alex has made a significant impact. His exceptional ability to create strong relationships with prospective and existing clients has driven our commercial banking growth. Alex’s commitment to understanding and meeting client needs continues to help clients achieve their goals while ensuring long-term relationships.

Sabrina Palmer – to Vice President – Customer Solutions Manager

Sabrina has been with Ixonia Bank for four years and has 24 years of experience in the financial industry. She started as a Universal Banker in 2020 and moved to Customer Solutions in 2022. Sabrina manages Ixonia Bank’s call center and business services team while prioritizing client relationships and team efficiency. Additionally, she has completed the Dale Carnegie Women in Leadership Academy and the Wisconsin Bankers Association Supervisor Boot Camp, further enhancing her leadership skills.

Morgan Cesar – to Vice President – Director of Talent Development

Morgan started with Ixonia Bank in 2022. She has over 10 years of leadership, retail, and customer service experience. She has strong sales expertise, coaching ability, and business development skills. Morgan also has provided incorporate training for employees, runs our leadership book club, and mentorship program. Her skills, experience, and leadership are invaluable assets to our team, and she continues to make a meaningful difference at Ixonia Bank.

Kevin McInerny – to Assistant Vice President – Portfolio Manager

Kevin started at Ixonia Bank four years ago as a Credit Analyst. He has played a key role in managing and servicing our commercial banking relationships and assessing the credit quality of current and prospective customers. Kevin is dedicated to working with small businesses in the area and helping them succeed. He is also a member of the Metropolitan Builders Association, showcasing his drive to continually learn and grow professionally.

Keri Klein – to Senior Commercial Loan Processor

Keri has been on our team for 15 years and has 28 years of experience in the financial industry. She moved her way up and received several deserving promotions over her time with Ixonia Bank. She started in retail banking, moved to consumer loan processing, and now excels in commercial loan processing. Keri demonstrates exceptional expertise and leadership by guiding other processors in understanding the bank’s procedures and systems. Keri is a crucial part of our team and continues to output strong results.

Brooke Voss – to HR Specialist

Brooke joined Ixonia Bank six years ago. Throughout her time, Brooke gained experience across various departments, including customer service and loans. In 2021, she transitioned to human resources, where she continues to develop her career. Brooke’s exceptional leadership skills are evident in all her endeavors. She recently completed the Waukesha County Business Alliance Leadership program and is on the Oconomowoc Young Professionals Committee with the Oconomowoc Area Chamber of Commerce.
