Katie Rodgers Joins Bank First as Vice President – Loan Product Management

Katie brings over 20 years of experience in the banking industry, with the past 14 years focused on lending. Most recently, she served as Senior Vice President, Commercial Loan Operations Manager. In her new role at Bank First, Katie will serve as the primary technical expert for loan-related systems and solutions. She will work closely with business and technology teams to ensure system functionality aligns with the Bank’s standards and supports streamlined, effective lending operations. Her experience in loan processes and dedication to operational improvement will be invaluable as Bank First continues to enhance its lending platforms and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Katie resides in Waterford, Wisconsin, with her husband, son, and their puppy. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, gardening, and hosting gatherings for family and friends.
