Kerri Morrison Promoted to Credit Officer at Bank First

Kerri Morrison

Bank First is pleased to announce the promotion of Kerri Morrison to credit officer.

“Kerri’s promotion reflects her strong leadership, sound credit judgment, and depth of experience,” said Meghann Kasper, chief credit officer at Bank First. “She brings a thoughtful, relationship-focused approach to her work, supporting both our clients and internal teams.”

Morrison joined the Bank in September 2024 as a credit manager. With over 20 years of experience in the banking industry, she began her career in consumer and mortgage lending before transitioning into credit analysis and portfolio management, supporting both the commercial banking and wealth management lines of business. In her new role as credit officer, Morrison will maintain her underwriting responsibilities while continuing to serve as the Northeast Commercial Team Lead. She is responsible for training and coaching a team of analysts, managing workflow, and working closely with the commercial lending and Business Services Representatives in the region.

Morrison earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration from the University of Colorado – Boulder. She is actively involved in bank-sponsored volunteer events, including the Denmark Food Pantry and Power of Community Week activities. She also enjoys volunteering in her daughter’s preschool classroom by reading to her students and helping wherever needed.
