Kim Rider Earns Associate Certified Coach Credential from International Coaching Federation

Vibrancy Unlocked is pleased to announce that Kim Rider, ACC, Leadership & Executive Assistant Coach, has earned the Associate Certified Coach credential from the International Coaching Federation.
The ACC credential represents a significant professional milestone in coaching. To earn the credential, coaches must complete coaching education, client coaching experience, mentor coaching, a performance evaluation, and the ICF ACC exam. The credential reflects a commitment to coaching competence, ethical practice, and continued professional development.
Rider brings nearly two decades of management and IT leadership experience to Vibrancy Unlocked, with expertise spanning network support, project management, department leadership, communications, and coaching. In her role, she coaches leaders and executive assistants, with a particular focus on helping executive assistants grow in the leadership, communication, and support responsibilities that are critical to effective executive teams.
Kim and her husband live in Lula, Georgia, where they enjoy spending time with their children and grandchildren. Outside of work, she enjoys golf, running, and hiking in the North Georgia mountains.
