Kuntz, Drewsen and Kyle promoted to Senior Executives of WBD
Jason Monnett, president of WBD Inc., is pleased to announce new promotions to the organization’s senior management team, including several promotions. These promotions are a key part of WBD’s overall leadership transition.

Kyle Kuntz
Kyle Kuntz has been promoted to senior vice president. Kyle joined WBD in 2010 as a credit analyst and earned subsequent promotions to loan officer and then vice president. In his new role, Kyle will oversee WBD’s loan officer team and will lead the organization’s sales efforts. He will continue to originate U.S. Small Business Administration 504 loan projects in northeast Wisconsin.
Nick Drewsen has been appointed senior vice president. Nick joined WBD in 2007 as a credit analyst and subsequently earned a promotion to loan officer, then vice president. In his new role, Nick will continue to serve lenders across southern Wisconsin to originate 504 loan projects.

Randy Kyle has been appointed executive vice president and chief operating officer, returning to the role he held from 2015 to 2020. He will continue to oversee accounting, human resources, I.T., administration, marketing, governance and compliance.
“We have an incredibly experienced and talented team at WBD and our senior leadership team is a great example,” Monnett said. “Nick, Kyle and Randy all bring tremendous knowledge and expertise to their roles. They are passionate about our mission of serving small businesses and our lending partners throughout Wisconsin and Minnesota. Their leadership will serve us well in the new year and beyond.”
