Lake Ridge Bank Announces Four Promotions
Lake Ridge Bank has announced four promotions within the retail banking and services team:
- Sarah Maier: Senior Vice President-Retail Development & Operations Director
- Robyn Lambrecht: Senior Vice President-Retail Banking Director
- Desiree Wood: Vice President-Senior Retail Manager
- Aaron Embury: Vice President-Senior Retail Manager
With nearly 13 years of experience at Lake Ridge Bank, Sarah Maier, ACC, brings a wide range of knowledge and expertise to her new role overseeing retail operations. In addition to her management training and banking experience, Maier completed the Certified Professional Coaching Program at University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Robyn Lambrecht will oversee all the branch managers as senior VP – retail banking director. With more than 20 years of experience in banking, Lambrecht is dedicated to providing extraordinary service to her clients. At the same time, she enjoys leading of team of associates to develop their skillsets and represent the mission of Lake Ridge Bank to all who visit or contact its branch locations.
Desiree Wood has spent almost 17 years serving the customers of Lake Ridge Bank. She holds a degree in finance from the University of Whitewater and has spent her entire career since college at the bank. Thanks to her experience working in a variety of capacities over the years, Wood approaches any situation with a depth and breadth of knowledge that inspires creative and comprehensive banking solutions. In her new role, she will supervise a group of branch locations.
Aaron Embury will supervise another group of branch locations. For nearly 18 years, Embury has worked to make banking easy and accessible for everyone in the community. He is committed to providing financial education to others and brings his wide array of experience in different aspects of banking to this new role, helping both customers and colleagues.
