As a result of the merger between Monona Bank and State Bank of Cross Plains on February 13, the newly formed Lake Ridge Bank added a trust officer to its wealth management team and announces some exciting changes to the executive banking division.

The bank’s wealth management group welcomes another member to provide personalized care for every will and trust client:

  • Jennifer Kolinski: Personal Trust Officer

Jennifer Kolinski brings more than 25 years of experience in trust account administration, estate/probate administration, and fiduciary tax return preparation. She has worked extensively with families, beneficiaries, attorneys, and tax professionals through the many phases of settling an estate or Trust.

Lake Ridge Bank is also excited to share its new-and-improved executive banking service. Formerly called private banking at State Bank of Cross Plains, the executive banking team has expanded and now includes a more full-service slate of services using a concierge-based approach. The group includes:

  • Jane Simon: Senior Vice President Executive Banking
  • Carol Maki: Senior Vice President & Senior Executive Banker
  • Amos Pearson: Vice President & Senior Executive Banker
  • Ann Tieman: Vice President Executive Banker
  • Drew Fredrickson: Executive Banking Officer

Jane Simon will be leading the executive banking team, where her breadth of financial knowledge enables her to serve clients in a wide variety of ways, including helping those with complex trust and estate planning needs by collaborating with wealth management, financial advisory, commercial and business bankers, and other professionals to create a comprehensive solution.

Carol Maki has been in the financial industry since 1981. She understands and believes in the importance of community and serves not only her clients but her community as a whole through her active involvement in the Middleton Chamber of Commerce, Good Neighbor Festival, Optimists, and MiCopp.

Amos Pearson has nearly 19 years of banking experience, with the last eight years serving in a private banking or executive banking capacity. He sets a high bar for serving as your trusted advisor and advocate across all your executive banking needs. He commits to providing a complete solution.

Ann Tieman brings more than 14 years of banking experience to her new role on the executive banking team. Tieman has developed a diverse skill set in both personal banking and business banking, making her a go-to resource for a wide range of customers throughout the community.

Drew Fredrickson is known amongst his colleagues as someone who is always willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done. And more importantly, he exudes an attitude of service to others. He works closely with the commercial and business bankers to ensure that each client receives exceptional attention and assistance.
