Langolf Joins Bank First as Vice President

Bank First is excited to announce that Caryn Langolf has recently joined the bank as vice president – compliance / BSA officer, bringing extensive experience in various compliance-related bank functions. Her impressive background includes 12 years at JPMorgan Chase and three years at Silicon Valley Bank, where she held key roles in fraud risk management, Bank Security Act (BSA), and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) investigations and compliance, card compliance, and compliance training. In her new role at Bank First, Langolf will manage the bank’s BSA and regulatory compliance programs. Her primary focus will be ensuring adherence to all Federal, State, and local laws and regulations, safeguarding Bank First from potential risks.
Langolf earned a Master of Education in Teaching from the University of Arizona in Tucson, Arizona as well as a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Elmhurst University in Elmhurst, Illinois. She volunteers at Centerpoint Church in Fond du Lac, a local Cub Scout den, and the Lakeshore Elementary Parent Teacher Organization. Langolf is actively involved in several professional organizations including the Fond du Lac Chapter of the Professional Women’s Connection, the Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists (ACAMS), the American Bankers Association, and the Wisconsin Bankers Association. Langolf is married and has three children and one grandchild. She enjoys running, hiking, and watching various series on Netflix.
