Luxemburg Bancshares, Inc. Elects First Female Chairwoman

Susan L. Heim
Luxemburg Bancshares, Inc., the holding company behind Bank of Luxemburg since 1982, is proud to announce the election of Susan L. Heim as its first female Chairwoman. This decision stands as a testament to the company’s commitment to leadership excellence and the advancement of women in the financial industry.
Susan Heim brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of success to her new role. She was elected to the Bank of Luxemburg Board of Directors in May 2011. Notably, Heim has been the owner and president of Quali T Screening, Inc. (dba Quali T, Inc.) since 1994. Her educational journey began at Luxemburg-Casco High School and culminated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin–Green Bay in 1991. Her dedication to professional development is underscored by her national certification by WBENC (Women’s Business Enterprise National Council) as a 100% woman-owned business.
Heim’s community involvement is equally impressive. She has led initiatives such as the Buy Local Kewaunee County Program and serves as a Luxemburg Area Chamber of Commerce Board Member. Her involvement extends to the Luxemburg-Casco School District (LCSD), where she plays a crucial role as an Academic Advisor and voluntary business coach for the Entrepreneurial program, directly mentoring and guiding LCSD students.
Bank of Luxemburg President and CEO Tim Treml voiced his enthusiasm for the decision, saying, “Susan embodies our core value of making a positive impact on people’s lives. Her dedication to this mission is evident not only through her business skill but also in her active contributions to the local community. Susan’s leadership sets an inspiring example for each of us.”
